Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to secure your appointment with a credit card. Failure to provide 24-hour notice of cancellation will result in your credit card being charged 100% of the cost of your service.

 

Late Arrival Policy:uIf you are running late due to unforeseen circumstances please call or text . There is always a possibility that we may be able to accommodate you without loss of session time.
If you arrive late your session may be shortened. This is to accommodate appointments that follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you are responsible to pay for the full appointment.
